About the place

My lovely home is available! Since I am moving in with my partner, my studio in Utrecht will become available. It is possible to rent this studio from February 16 2025, until July 31 2025. It is required that the tenant can move in by February 16.

The studio has its own bathroom/kitchen (including a dishwasher!)/toilet and a separate bedroom.

It is about a 10-minute bike ride to the city center, and Zuilen station is within walking distance. Additionally, you share the front door with 2 housemates. This way, you have all the benefits of your own place, but you can also seek some company from time to time :)

The rent is €975, including gas/water/electricity, internet, and waste disposal fees. If you are interested in the studio or know someone looking for a temporary place, send me a message!
