Possibilities are from 2 to 12 months The apartment is fully private. It is part of a building (2 houses): a small community/complex mixed in age, gender and nationality. Everyone has their private facilities and space but as neighbours there are some common things from time to time. 

1 month deposit, rent is including heating, water and electricity excluding some cost/utilities.
