About the place

I’m subletting my self-contained studio in Plaza Residence located in Utrecht Science park from May until August. By streetcar you are within 12 minutes at Utrecht Central Station. The studio is fully upholstered and furnished with a bed, desk, bathroom and kitchen. In the building there are several common areas including a lounge area, study areas and also an outdoor area with picnic tables. There is also a laundromat, where you can use the washing and drying machines for a fee using the Pay2Wash app. In addition to the rent, you will also be charged for utilities and service charges (about 230€).
