About the place

Studio in Casa Confetti (Science Park) with private bathroom and kitchen including almost new dishwasher and washing machine. Rental price includes g/w/l and internet. Minimum rental period is 6 months and after that there is a 6-week notice period.

The rental period is initially from March to December, with possible extension until September 2026.

I am looking for a subtenant who is quiet, does not smoke and is responsible for taking good care of the belongings.
