Period: 1st of July 2025 until 31st of August 2025 (Only possible to rent for the full 2 months, no in-between periods since I'll be away. Rent period cannot be extended either)

Details:
- Modern studio in a large student building in Overvecht (10 mins from city centre by public transport, 15 minutes by bike).
- Safe space, building is only accessible with security key (extra to house keys).
- The building has the following common areas: gym (free access), terraces on each floor (free access), study area (free access), secure bike parking (1 biking space) washer and drying area (pay per use using the WeWash app).
- Single Studio of around 20 square meters in 7th floor.
- Bathroom.
- Kitchen equiped with Induction cooktop, Fridge and Microwave.
- Single bed, desk and closet. 
- Internet, electricity and water included
- Price: 2100 EUR for the 2 months period. Paid upfront the day of moving.

I'm an international student who will be away for the summer (coming back on the 31st of August 2025), so during this period I'll be subletting my room. I have a preference for other international students that are moving to the Netherlands but start their contracts on September and need temporary housing before starting their academic year, but anyone is welcome.
