I am looking for a tenant who is interested in subletting my apartment. A legal sublease agreement will be signed for a minimum period of two months, extendable if necessary. The apartment is spacious and can also accommodate a couple.

The apartment is a 15-minute bike ride from the center of Utrecht, 10 minutes from the central station, and is located in a very quiet and peaceful residential area. The area is well served by tram and bus lines. The apartment also has parking for cars and bikes.

The €910 includes rent and condominium fees.
Water, gas, and electricity costs amount to €90 per month.
