Very pleasant apartment in a well located beautiful neighborhood in Utrecht (Oog in Al). 12 minutes by bike from Central Station. Close to the water side, an urban beach, a park, and a shopping area for groceries and more.

The apartment comes with minimal furniture such as the curtains, lamps, has built in storages such as a wardrobe. There is also a table with chairs in the living room. And a washing machine and fridge.

There is a spacious private garden at the back.

The apartment is subletted officially (not informally). The rent is for just under 6 months. Be mindful that there is a 1 month notice period possibility in case I must come back to the apartment earlier than expected. In return the rent is very attractive. Everything is included: gas, water, electricity, taxes, Internet. You pay a downpayment which is then used to compare the real usage of water and gas, and to ensure all furniture is in good state, and after settlement you receive the rest back.
