About the place

I am looking for a female roommate (working, 28+ y/o) to rent a beautiful and bright apartment with me (sublet) between sept. '26 and feb '27.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2022. It features a nice, bright living room (approx. 22m²), a new kitchen and bathroom, a balcony of approx. 1x4m with plenty of sun, and a third small room used as a home office so we can also work comfortably from home. Additionally, you will be renting my roommate's sunny bedroom (approx. 10m²), including furniture.

Furthermore, the apartment is located in a fantastic location, about a 10-minute bike ride from the city center/central station, with Lidl, Plus, Kruidvat, Hema, and several other shops within a 2-minute walk. When: early September - early February (exact dates to be agreed upon)
Introduction: Likely July 9 or 10 (to be agreed upon)
The rent for all of this is approx. €975 incl. gas, water, electricity, internet, and service charges. Registration possible.

About me:

Because my housemate is going to sunny Curaçao for half a year, you will be sharing the house with me. I am 32, have a job as a sustainability consultant, and also work as a personal leadership coach.

I love traveling, the summer, drinking coffee on our balcony, and on weekdays I can also be found at salsa, yoga, the gym, or just enjoying a nice evening at home or with friends. In addition, I love nature, I enjoy being consciously present in the lives of friends and family, and I find it important that our home is clean and quiet, providing a truly comfortable base for both of us :) I think it would be nice if you were in a similar phase of life, and naturally, I would be happy to help you find a permanent place in Utrecht after the sublease if that is what you are looking for.
