About the place

Hi house hunters! We are Jara and David. Because we will be away for a while in September and October, we are subletting our cozy studio in Utrecht's city center, just a 2-minute walk from the Neude, the canals, and all the shops. It is the perfect base if you are starting your studies or work in September and want to continue your search for a permanent place in peace and quiet!

The studio is fully equipped and has a small patio to enjoy the late summer.

We also have a very sweet cat named Marietje, and she would prefer to stay at home during the subletting period. She is very independent and has an automatic feeder, but she loves company and being petted. Would you enjoy keeping her company? Then, as a thank you, we will deduct a nice amount from the rent!
