Hi house seeker, (working, 25+)

from August first, a room will become available in my apartment, located behind the Catharijnesingel in Utrecht. It is extremely centrally located: less than a 5-minute walk from Vaartsche Rijn and 15 minutes from Utrecht Central Station.

The apartment is fully furnished, including a dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. Further, we share the living room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, and two (!) balconies, one of which is directly accessible via your room.

I am looking for an easy going and working housemate who also has their own life in Utrecht. This may also be a couple, subject to agreement. Furthermore, I (and my partner) are always open to drinks, dinner together, or game/movie night, but I also value my own space and time.
