This cosy studio at the Utrecht Science Park will soon be available as a sublet. The entire studio, including the kitchen and bathroom, is for your own use, so you won't have to share. Everything at the Utrecht Science Park is in a 5-minute radius. In a few minutes, you can be in the meadows surrounding the Science Park, so that you can still enjoy nature.

Accessibility:
- 15-20 minutes cycling to Utrecht city centre
- 10-15 minutes cycling to the supermarket
- 10-15 minute bus/tram ride to Utrecht Central Station

Features:
- There is a secure bicycle shed present beneath the building
- The room is completely furnished, meaning you could move in immediately
- There is a laundromat present in the complex
- There is a cosy cafe in the building (open during weekdays)
- The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, a hot plate (fits 2 pans), a fridge including a small freezer, an air fryer and an oven.

I'm looking for a subletter who will handle my furniture and room appropriately and enjoys the studio as much as I do!
