About the place

Are you looking for a nice place to live, close to the city?
Did you forget to pick something up from the supermarket after a busy workday? Or maybe you don’t feel like cooking and would prefer to order or pick up something delicious? Then this might just be the perfect place for you!

As of August 1st, 2025, I’m renting out a self-contained room located in the heart of the city center. Now that I’m getting a bit older, I’m ready for more space. If it were up to me, I’d stay here for years to come, but it’s time for a new chapter. That’s why I’m looking for a reliable tenant to move into the room.

Most of the furniture can stay, if you prefer. We can discuss together what you’d like to keep and what not. One fixed price for plenty of comfort and convenience.

Important: I’m looking for someone who has a job and can take responsibility. Serious and mature candidates only, please.
