About the place

A studio will become available on March 1st. It features a bathroom and a loft bed. The front door is shared with two other studios. There is a closet in the hallway where you can store your belongings. At the back, there is a spacious area where you can set up an outdoor seating arrangement. The sun shines there from approximately 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Additionally, there is a gate leading to a shared neighborhood park.

The location is ideal, situated in a side street at the beginning of the ASW, with an Aldi, Kruidvat, and Albert Heijn nearby.

Due to the high number of applications, I will not be processing any until after the viewing. The current tenant will be organizing the viewing, which will take place on Sunday, February 9th, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Beverstraat . No additional viewing appointments will be scheduled.
