The studio is fully furnished with a double bed, table & chairs, couch, wardrobe, closets, pots & pans, cutlery, glasses & plates an cooking plate, fridge and washing machine. It is possible to live there with 2 persons for a surcharge of 200 euro a month.

By acceptance of the studio you pay 1 month rent, 1 month rent as a deposit and 1 month rent as a commission fee.
