Fully equiped studio’s for rent will be renovated in JULY 2017!!

Coming from abroad to Rotterdam for a quarter, a semester or a year and looking for a place to stay? 

We offer fully equiped studio’s in a comfortable, clean, safe and social studenthousing project. The project  contains 6 studio's with all-private facilities (your own bathroom, toilet and kitchen) and one 2-room apartment. 
 
Possibility to request "huurtoeslag" (housing benefits from Dutch government) of up to € 300,- a month! 

The studio's are staffed with queen size bed with comfortable high quality mattresses, 32 inch flat screen tv, fully equipped bath room and kitchen, desk, chair and storage space and a washing machine. 

Upon arrival tenants receive a personal amenities kit which contains all basic necessities such as towels, bedsheets, pillows, blankets and kitchenware. 

High speed internet (200mbps) available, both cabled and wireless. 

Registration with municipality possible for all tenants (with a minimum income applying or proven enrollment as a students)
 
Great location with public transport in 2 min walking. (commuting time to Erasmus University max. 35 mins.) Bars, supermarkets and food courts nearby.

Price List for a minimum stay of 6 months: € 675, to € 750, - depending on the size of the unit. (studio with private facilities, queen bed, shower, toilet, kitchen area, 20, 25, 29 and 31 sq. m.) 

Above prices include gas, light, water, municipality taxes, high speed internet and unlimited usage of all facilities. 

Short-stay prices available only upon request and depending availability.
