About the place

[Situation]
I am looking for someone who will take the rest of contract period as I am leaving Rotterdam soon. The contract period is from Feb to the end of July. And afterwards, you can consult with the agency who I made contract on this property! They are so nice and open for internationals!

[Property Status]
The property has two main rooms, a living room with a private kitchen and access to the private balcony and a bed room with several nice old window. Both the rooms are quite clean and so bright with sunlight in day time and have unique characteristic. I will leave my fridge and carpets if needed so the next tenant can take advantage of it. 

Total money you pay
€950 (A month rent €800 and A month utility €150 but it is highly probable that some part of month utility would be back if overpaid) and €1000 as deposit.
So in total €1950 for the first month.
