This nice and well maintained studio with private balcony is directly available for rent. The rent price includes G/W/L, internet, smartTV, use of washing machine, furniture, domestic stock and necessary equipment for your household. All you bring is your luggage.

The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a large 'dutch style gentlemen' house. The house itself is on a square with bus and tram facilities right outside the door to be in the city center of Rotterdam within 10 minutes (also 10 minutes by bicycle). There are many convenient shops and supermarkets within the direct area of the house. There is also a large international market twice a week, a large indoor shopping center and a cinema (Pathé de Kuip) within walking distance.
