About the place

The studio has its own entrance and windows from the green backyard/patio of our dike house.
This is a spacious basement (50m2) with its own toilet, shower and even a sauna (extra electricity for use of the sauna is not included in the rental price).
The basement also has a kitchenette with refrigerator, washing machine and microwave/oven. If you would like to cook on a gas stove, you can use our (shared) kitchen upstairs.
Parking in our area is free. A park is next door and a shopping center is a 500-metre walk away. The rental price includes gas/water/electricity and a weekly cleaning by our cleaner (vacuuming, toilet/bathroom cleaning and two-weekly clean bedsheets)
