The property is located, as the name suggests, on a square. It is a lively square since a schoolyard and a church are also located there. This means that there is always something to see in the street.

The property is located on the ground floor. This means that when the weather is nice you can easily grab a chair and sit outside, in front of the door where there is plenty to see.

The Mijnsherenplein has a central location. Metro station Maashaven can be reached within a few minutes. From this large metro station, you are within minutes in Rotterdam center.

- Min rental period: 6 months
- Max rental period: 12 months
- A stay of 6 months is needed to complete your booking. In order to terminate your rental agreement with a valid reason, you will have to give us 1 month's written notice, a fine could be involved before 6 months to compensate the owner of the property for your short stay. A stay longer than 12 months at the same address is not possible, at that time we can of course help you with a new room or studio when you have been a good tenant.
