The studio is about 28 m2 and completely furnished. The studio has a bathroom,  kitchen. Water/energy, use of washing machine, wireless internet and city tax are included in the rental price. Tenants can subscribe themselves at the gemeente Rotterdam (city hall). The room is located near the centre of Rotterdam and universities can be easily reached by public transport 
Further rentals details:  We ask a deposit of 2 month’s rent, which will be returned when the rental period has finished and the room has been left proper and clean.
