About the place

A very cosy, furnished houseboat studio in the center of Rotterdam. this 2 room studio is the old livingarea wher the skipper and his wife used to live. We only rent is out for 1 person. it has room, You have all facilities like toillet kitchen and bathroom for your self , thought all not to big. The privat wheelhouse with 360 degrees view over the harbour. gas, water and elektra is included. Internet should you arrange yourself through 5g simcard.
Registration through a briefadres is possible at gemeente rotterdam.

30 th august we will have viewings. You can enter immediately 1 st september. Contract for 1 year or longer. We prefer international students. Interested, please tell me something about yourself and i will contact you for a viewing.
