The laundry room is available through the entrance hall. 

It is possible to register at the studio address through the municipality of Rotterdam. However it is not possible to obtain any housing benefits from the municipality.

The apartment building is in a very safe, clean, quiet and peaceful area of the city. The studio is ideal for introverted, career-oriented professionals, expats or PhD students at the Erasmus University.
