About the place

The studio (next to a family house) has its own front and back door, bathroom, kitchenette, wash-dryer combination, WiFi and airco.  Included 3m by 3m private garden;  artificial grass and a private storehouse.

The studio  (12m2) plus (3m2) private garden has everything you need. 

Studio is located in the neighborhood De Tochten district in Rotterdam.  2 minutes walk from metro station De Tochten. Within walking distance of the Nesselande beach. 10 minutes by metro to Alexandrium shopping center. Direct metro connection to Erasmus University. It is a good,  quiet and green neighborhood. Because the studio is in a neat residential area, we do have house rules such as no parties.
