About the place

I’m looking for someone to take over my rent contract for the studio at XIOR next to the campus. 

🗓️ Availability: June 20, 2025 - August 4, 2025 (i. e. for 1,5 months only).
🧾Rent: €930 per month.
🧑‍🎓Eligibility: Student at EUR (Erasmus University Rotterdam).
🏡 Fully furnished self-contained studio (i.e. private bathroom and kitchen). 
Free laundry, bike parking, a common study room, and a rooftop.
🚊Tram stops for lines 1, 11, and 7 are right in front of the building.
