- a loungecorner with a sofa and table;
- a new kitchen (fully equipped) with a dinningtable;
- a new bathroom;
- a garden;
- a washingmachine and ironware; 
- wi-fi. 

The price is all-in.

Microlocation:
The studio is situated in a wanted student neighbourhood with a short walkingdistance to two subway stations and a shoppingstreet with everyday shops around the corner. Besides, the famous Kralingse Plas for sport and recreation is just 300m away.

Makrolocation:
The studio is located very centrally, it's 5 minutes from either the Erasmus University and the city of Rotterdam. Therefore this studio is ideal for a (exchange)student at the Erasmus university Rotterdam.
