Starting from August 1st, 2025, a lovely studio will become available in our house in Hatert/Nijmegen for an indefinite period. The studio is approximately 22 m² and includes a private living room, bedroom, shower, toilet, kitchen, and a private entrance. There’s also shared access to a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, bike rack, and a large garden.

The location is very central—just a 15-minute bike ride to the university/HBO, CWZ, and Radboud hospital. The Hatert shopping center is a short distance away. The A73 motorway is only 5 minutes away by car. There’s public parking available right in front of the house, and public transport connections are very good.

The studio is in great condition. The base rent is €695, with additional costs of €125 for utilities (GWE) and €75 in service charges. This brings the total gross rent to €895. Housing allowance (huurtoeslag) may be possible!

We are looking for a sociable female student or young professional between 23 and 30 years old who would be a great fit and bring good energy to the house.
