Dear ladies looking for a room (internationals are preferred),
From fist of January 2025, two rooms will be available in our cozy house in Meijhorst.  It is a large house and consists of 5 bedrooms and a living room, with each resident allocated two bedrooms with shared use of the kitchen, bathroom, 2x toilet and garden. Kitchen has refrigerator, oven, extractor hood, microwave, hob and dishwasher.  There is a communal washing machine, vacuum cleaner and a large garden. The house looks perfect!

The house is located in the Meijhorst Nijmegen district. It is a quiet neighborhood and centrally located (15 minutes by bike to University/HBO and CWZ, Radboud hospital). Meijhorst shopping center is opposite this house and the Dukenburg shopping center is a 5-minute bike ride away. There is also parking in front of the door and the connection to the public transport here is good.  
Net rent is €695, service costs €95, GWE is €150, so a total of €940,- per tenant. Rent allowance is not possible, so you must have sufficient income to pay the rent without rent allowance!

We are looking for pleasant studying or working girls who will make the house complete again (two friends are also allowed). If you think you are a nice addition to our house, send us a nice message about yourself, who you are, age, where and what you study/work, where you live now, hobbies, what you are like as a person and financial situation.
