Dear Ladies,
Starting February 1, 2026, a lovely studio will be available in our house in Grootstal/Nijmegen. It's approximately 20 m² with a private living/bedroom, shower, toilet, kitchen, and private entrance. There's a shared washing machine, vacuum cleaner, bike rack, and a large garden.

It's very centrally located (a 10-minute bike ride to the University/University of Applied Sciences and CWZ, Radboud University Medical Center). A shopping center is 100 meters away. The A73 motorway is a 5-minute drive away. There's also public parking right outside, and public transport connections are excellent.
The studio looks great. The net rent is €740, plus utilities costs of €105 and service charges of €50. So, a total gross rent of €895. Housing benefit applications are possible!

We are looking for a friendly student aged 21-30 who will make the house complete and cozy.
