Starting February 1, 2026, a beautiful studio will be available in our house in Hatertse Hei/Nijmegen. It's approximately 22 m² with a private living/bedroom, shower, toilet, kitchen, and private entrance. There's a shared washing machine, vacuum cleaner, bike rack, and a large garden.

It's very centrally located (a 10-minute bike ride to the University/University of Applied Sciences and CWZ, Radboud University Medical Center). A shopping center is 100 meters away. The A73 motorway is a 5-minute drive away. There's also public parking right outside, and public transport connections are excellent.
The studio is in the basement and looks great. The net rent is €665, plus utilities costs of €105 and service charges of €55. For a total gross rent of €825. Housing benefit applications are possible!

We're looking for a friendly student between 21 and 30 years old to make our home complete and cozy.
