Dear ladies (also internationals), 
From May 15'th, 2025, a studio will be available for an indefinite period. It is an independent studio of +/- 16 m2 with its own living/sleeping room, bathroom and kitchen. There is a shared washing machine, vacuum cleaner, bicycle rack and a large garden. 

Application for rent allowance is possible! Just look at the tax authorities site for a trial calculation of rent allowance. Basic rent is €650, - and Service costs: €50, - and Gas / Water / Electricity / Taxes is €95, - so the total gross rent is €825, -. 

Studio is located in Grootstal Nijmegen. It is very centrally located (5-10 minutes by bike to University/HBO and CWZ and Radboud hospital. Shopping center 100m away. There is also a bus stop nearby where many buses stop. 

We are looking for nice studying or working girls from 23-30 years old, who make the house complete and cozy. Do you think you are a nice addition to our house, then send us a response with some nice information about yourself (who you are, age, where and what you study/work, where you live now, hobbies, what you are like as a person, income, etc.).
