Starting September 1, 2026, a lovely studio will become available in our house in Hatert/Nijmegen for an indefinite period. It is a studio of approximately 22 m² featuring a private living/sleeping area, shower, toilet, kitchen, and private entrance. It is a semi-basement unit that receives natural sunlight. Shared facilities include a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, bike rack, and a large garden.
 
The location is very central (a 10-minute bike ride to the university/college, CWZ, and Radboud Hospital). The Hatert shopping center is just a short distance away, and the A73 motorway is a 5-minute drive. Additionally, there is public parking right outside, and public transport connections are excellent.
The studio is in great condition. The net rent is €685, plus €105 for utilities (gas, water, electricity) and €55 in service charges, making the total gross rent €845. Applying for a housing allowance (*huurtoeslag*) is possible!
 
We are looking for a friendly female student or young professional (aged 21–30) who will make our home complete and cozy.
