About the place

Dear ladies looking for a room (international students preferred),
Two rooms will become available starting August 15, 2026, in our cozy house in Meijhorst. It is a large house with six bedrooms and a spacious living room; each resident has their own bedroom and study, while sharing a luxury kitchen, a nice bathroom, two toilets, and a large garden. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a refrigerator, oven, extractor hood, microwave, stovetop, and dishwasher. There is a shared washing machine, dryer, and vacuum cleaner. The house is clean and well-maintained!
The room is available for rent from August 15, 2026, to March 31, 2027 (six months).

The house is located in the Meijhorst district of Nijmegen. It is a quiet, centrally located neighborhood (a 15-minute bike ride to the university/university of applied sciences, CWZ hospital, and Radboud UMC). The Meijhorst shopping center is right across the street, and the Dukenburg shopping center is a 5-minute bike ride away. There is parking right outside, and public transport connections are excellent. The net rent is €650, service charges are €60, and utilities (gas, water, electricity) are €140, making the total €850. Rent allowance (*huurtoeslag*) is not available, so you must have sufficient income to pay the rent without it!

There are three residents in total; two are moving out, so we are looking for two new housemates.
We are looking for a friendly female student or young professional to complete the household.
