About the place

Hi! Are you a female (23-30 years old), studying in The Netherlands, and looking for a place to stay?

Soon, my studio will become available for an indefinite period. It is a self-contained space of +/- 22m2 with its own living room/bedroom/, shower, toilet and kitchen. There is a shared washing machine, vacuum cleaner, bike rack and garden.

This space allows for rent subsidy/housing benefit! Please check if this qualifies for you. The basic rent is €725,- and the utility fees come to €55,-.
Additionally, the costs for gas/water/electricity/municipal taxes are €145,-. This together brings the total rent to €925,-.

The studio is located along the Hatertseweg in Grootstal-Nijmegen. It has a good, central location (10-15 minutes bike ride to the Radboud University campus, HAN University of Applied Sciences as well as to the Radboud Medical Hospital). The Albert Heijn XL and the shopping centre of Hatert are easily reachable by bike or bus. Close to the studio there is a bus stop where many buses frequently stop.

We are looking for a calm and friendly female student (23-30 years old) to complete our home.
