About the place

Due to the departure of our current tenant, we offer: a full floor (45 m2) on the 2nd floor of our attractive house. The space consists of: Living room (air conditioning available) with roof terrace, Kitchen with appliances, Bedroom and a bathroom with bath. We are looking for 1 person. We rent fully furnished. 
Our house is located in the atmospheric Nijmegen East and is within walking distance of the center and the Radboud. Cozy catering is around the corner.
