About the place

The studio is located on the upper floor of a detached house (with its own entrance), rurally situated in the Horstermeerpolder between Nederhorst den Berg and Ankeveen, approximately 7 km from Hilversum. There is a bus stop 200 m away with connections to the stations of Hilversum and Weesp. The studio is largely independent, only the bathroom is shared with the main resident who uses the ground floor. In consultation, the tenant can use the garden and terrace. The tenant can also use bicycle shed and free parking in front of the door. The studio has just been renovated with a kitchen, refrigerator, two-burner stove, wardrobe, dining table, sitting area, TV and bed (extendable to double). In consultation, the furnishings can be adjusted with your own things. 
There are three cats in the house. Non-smokers only!
