Studio for rent in a basement with natural light, private entrance and small outdoor area.
The studio does not have a kitchen, but you will have access to an electric stove of your own. Your space is part of a family home. It is a quiet place and requires a tenant who is looking for that. The studio has:
- Bathroom, shower
- Toilet
- Cupboard
- Single bed 
- Table and 2 chairs
- Curtains
- Laundry area, shared with the owner
- Kitchen will be installed at the end of 2026; the rent will increase when the kitchen is in use.

I have been living at Heivlinder 10 for the last 12 months and I would definitely recommend it! 

The room is very big and, even though it is in the basement, there is plenty of natural light during the day. It is fully furnished and there is plenty of storage space in a big wardrobe and drawers under the bed. The house is very well insulated - you can have 20 degrees in your room all year long! In contrast to my previous rentals, everything is of good quality, and I didn't have any issues throughout my stay. The neighbourhood is very safe, quiet (I don't hear any cars!) and green. There is a field literally next to the house, and it is one of my favourite things to look at its greenery at sunset. Thanks to the separate entrance door, your own bathroom and laundry room next to yours, I felt as if I had my own little place. At the same time, it was very nice to know that there's someone else in the house and to feel the safety of a family home. Dianne is a lovely landlady (no one believes me that it is possible to have such a good relationship with a landlord!). She is a super kind and warm person, but will also give you all the space and privacy, and you never feel any pressure to interact or act certain way when at home. I always feel very comfortable and in my safe space when at home. 

The only minus is that there is no proper kitchen. But I managed just fine with a portable stove! 

The bike ride to Eindhoven may seem long, but you will see plenty of commuters on your way! For the day cycle, you can go along the canal through a very nice forested area (also perfect for walks or running!). For the evening cycle, you can go via Geldrop, along the road with street lights. 

The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute walk, and the centre of Mierlo is a 10-minute bike ride
