Are you looking for a new place to live, and do you have a friend who is also searching? Good news! Two studios are becoming available in our student house on Koning Clovisstraat, located in the lively neighborhood of Scharn. You’ll be living with eight other mixed students in a house that not only has a large garden but also a great atmosphere!

The studios are situated in the basement, each with its own kitchen and bathroom. For your convenience, there is a shared washing machine, dryer, and excellent Wi-Fi.

The location is ideal: just a short walk to Albert Heijn XL, Etos, Gall&Gall, and a bus stop. The center of Maastricht is only an 8-minute bike ride away, and the FHML faculty is just 5 minutes by bike. The Geusselt sports facilities are also within an 8-minute bike ride.
