About the place

The location of the studio is perfect: just 100 meters from the main square Vrijthof and Markt. Also only few minutes walking distance from most of the University Faculties, for instance Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, School of Business and Economics and Faculty of Law and Graduate School of Governance!

The biggest grocery shop of the city is only 3 minutes walking distance and actually in the building itself you have a well-equipped night shop! There is also a private bike cellar.

The studio has one very large room and separate kitchen from which you have open access to the main room. The bathroom with toilet and shower is spacious. All these facilities are private, no sharing.

There is a high speed internet, digital-TV access, new kitchen (also a dishwasher!), and central heating.

All shops, bars, restaurants and terraces in the City Centre are within a few steps away.

Don’t want to cook? All sorts of take-away are find within 100-200 meters from the house (Work-to-Go, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza, Pancakes, Febo, Burger King, Mc Donalds, Turkisch Restaurant, Sandwich bar, etc.).
Private parking space can be rented extra nearby
