About the place

A unique residence with 13 studios and 18 rooms hosting a wide variety of international students. The residence is located in Belgium. We are located at only 3km from Maastricht city center. There is a bus stop just in front of the house (20A) which takes you straight into the city center. Most of the students however do use a bike and some fortunate ones have a small scooter. 

The units are spread over 5 independent wings around a central yard with BBQ. There is a private parking, covered bike storage, laundry corner with washing machine and camera controlled security. The composition of the population is very international.
