On the first floor of our corner house we rent out 45 m², consisting of 3 rooms (2 medium-sized and 1 large), fully furnished. You have your own kitchen (to be installed within 2 weeks), bathroom and toilet. Included: fast internet, gas/water/electricity, parking space and 10 m³ storage in the garage.

The surroundings are very quiet, with walking paths just around the corner. Main resident is rarely at home. Only the front door and hallway are shared, otherwise you have full privacy.

Perfect for a quiet couple or one person (slightly lower price for single occupancy).
