Each residence has its own bathroom and kitchen with built-in appliances. All studios are unfurnished and luxuriously finished. It is a sustainable building in which all studios have energy label A.

The studio apartments are available in different sizes and price ranges. Whatever your preference, you will always enjoy the luxury and comfort that (re)construction offers.
Our studios are super nice, nice and compact and affordable. But sometimes you need a little more space. For example, if you want to cook and eat with friends or neighbors. You can do that in the shared living room or the adjoining kitchen. If you want to study quietly at a large desk, you can do so in the homey study area. There is a common laundry room in the building with Miele appliances. On the large roof terrace, especially for residents, you can sit in the sun. You can park your bike safely and dry in the bike shed under the building.

StudentCity Leiderdorp is located directly on the Reaal, next to the Winkelhof shopping center. It is conveniently located near the center of Leiden. There are sufficient facilities (including stores, restaurants, supermarket) in the immediate vicinity.
