This complex is very centrally located next to Leiden Central Station.

and within cycling distance of all universities.

The studios may only be occupied by students with a maximum age of 40
No exceptions possible
The Studios
Studios are furnished and equipped with a kitchenette, private sanitary facilities and a laminate floor.
Studios are rented for a maximum of 1 person on a short stay basis with a maximum duration of 12 month.
The studios are only rented all inclusive.

During viewings we show which studios are available and can be rented almost immediately.
We usually have 2 or 3 different studios available.
