We offer an almost brand new independent studio with self-catering facilities (stove, fridge and freezer), private hanging toilet and rain shower with massage). There are 4 other studios in the house, each with their own entrance.

A studio of approximately 20m2 is fully furnished and has a fixed bed with slatted base. Furthermore, a bench, large table, chair, TV cabinet, extra table and wardrobe. In other words, you can get in straight away!
The price is then EUR 740 incl. gas, light and water. 

You may be eligible for housing benefit if you are >23 years old.
