LAYOUT
You enter through the communal entrance, where you'll find the shared toilet. Through the second door, you reach the studio entrance. This consists of a large living/bedroom with an open-plan kitchen and French doors leading to the shared backyard. The kitchen is equipped with various built-in appliances, including a cooktop, extractor fan, and dishwasher. The studio has a private bathroom with a sink and shower.
The backyard is shared with the downstairs resident, as is the storage room in the garden where the laundry facilities are located.
Both studios are currently available for rent, making it possible to live together with friends! A separate rental agreement will be drawn up for the studios. Because the house number is shared, registration is possible for a maximum of two people. For this reason, we rent this studio to one person only. Because this is a shared living space, it is not possible to apply for housing benefit.
