Available from December 1st: Spacious Studio at Woonschepenhaven

Starting December 1st, a spacious studio will be available for rent at Woonschepenhaven. The studio has an area of approximately 34 m² and includes a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Residents have access to a shared shed, primarily used as a laundry room. A washing machine and dryer are available here. These facilities are shared with three other studio residents.

The rent is €900 per month, including gas, water, electricity, washing machine, dryer, internet, and TV. Municipal taxes are not included in the rent.

Houseboats are not eligible/exempt for "huurtoeslag".
