About the place

Hello there, I'm going abroad during this summer, so my studio will be available for the period of 24/06 - 20/07. 

The rent will be the same I currently pay (€890), with water, electricity and fast internet included. 

The studio is located at Helpman, with its own bathroom, stove, oven, vacuum cleaner, TV, kitchen utensils, etc., and it's just a 2 minute walk from an AH. Also, you have basically any services you need within walking distance - drugstores, restaurants, train station, etc.
