Sugar Homes: fully independent studio apartments for students. Ideally situated just outside Groningen’s city center, the studios are easily accessible by bike or car.

Located on Suikerlaan within the Suikerunie terrein, this well-known cultural hub attracts many. In summer, it hosts numerous festivals, while throughout the year, it is home to artists and creative individuals. The Suikerunie terrein offers a unique mix of tranquility and activity, making it an exciting yet peaceful place to live.

The studios are approximately 27 m² (289 ft²) and come fully furnished. Upon entering through the front door, you step into your private kitchen and dining area of 11 m². The bathroom is centrally located and includes a toilet, sink, and shower. At the rear of the studio, you’ll find a spacious living and sleeping area (11 m²) with direct access to your own balcony or terrace—perfect for enjoying the Groningen sun.
