We are offering a charming, self-contained studio of approximately 30 m², located in a corner building on Peperstraat / Poelestraat in the heart of Groningen. The studio includes a private kitchen, bathroom, and open-plan living/sleeping area.

The space features exposed wooden beams and authentic details that add a warm and characterful atmosphere. 

The location is ideal – just a 3-minute walk from the Grote Markt and approximately 10 to 12 minutes on foot from the central station. Shops, restaurants, and other amenities are literally around the corner.

The basic rent is €840 per month. Any service charges are listed separately. The security deposit equals two months’ basic rent.
