About the place

Hello!

Because I will be traveling, I am looking for someone to live in my studio in Groningen for a few months.

Briefly about the studio:

-Located in the Oosterpoort neighborhood 
-25 m²
-Large balcony, kitchen (with oven, fridge, freezer), shared washing machine, bathroom, lots of light
-nice other studio mates (3 people)
-You may use the furniture (in consultation)
-Cozy neighborhood
-Supermarket around the corner
-Rent: €780 including per month
-No rent allowance

Who am I looking for?

-Woman
-23 years or older

For which period?

-2 to 4 months maximum
-Rent from December
