I'm looking for a girl to whom I could sublet a studio from the beginning of August until the end of January. The studio is located within walking distance from the city centre. 

It has 25m² in total; a private bathroom with a shower and a private kitchen annex are included.

The kitchen annex is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave that is also a convection oven, induction cooker, refrigerator and kitchenware. 

The studio is fully furnished: bed 140 cm,  desk, kitchen table, wardrobe, bookshelf

The rent is 1100 EUR/month 

Wi-Fi, washing machine and a storage room where you can keep your bike are all included within the rent
